After Ms. Bruening (attendance secretary) adds and activates your student in Skyward, she will email you instructions to complete their online registration (completed in Skyward).
Download, print, and complete the appropriate Course Request card above, then email a copy of that completed card to your student's counselor (scanned copy or take a picture and email it). If you do not have access to a printer, you can call the main office (801-826-7100) to arrange a time to come pick up a card from the school. ***Counselor emails are also linked below.
NOTE: If your student has a current IEP or needs support classes (Math Lab, Reading, Study Skills), please include this information on your email to the counselor. We will contact you with any follow-up questions.

Tuesdays & Thursdays with Mr. Selin
If your student is interested in participating in one or more of the classes above, and did not include it on their registration card, please email your student's counselor.
Education Release Time
If you are interested in requesting "release time" for one or more period(s) in your student's 2020-2021 schedule, please contact your student's counselor after August 1, 2020 to discuss options and to obtain information for beginning this process.
Per Canyons School District: The online Education Release program is designed to facilitate a parent's desire to allow their student to participate in an activity during Release-Time activity from public school in accordance with USBE R277-610. A parent may request Release-Time for reasons ranging from academic to non-academic and must offer an explanatory note for non-academic activities.
If your student tested at the Basic or Below Basic level on the Winter Reading Inventory test (since Spring RI tests couldn't be taken this year), he or she was automatically placed in the Reading class and an elective was dropped from their schedule. In such cases, a letter was mailed home. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Halley Nelson (Assistant Principal): firstname.lastname@example.org.
